Project Description
PASSIVE HOUSING ULLAPOOL
Taigh a Chnuic is a 260-square-metre eco house built on the site of a former croft in the village of Letters, Ullapool, north-west Scotland. The ultra-modern design features SIPS panels with GLULAM beams and Scottish woods and is situated on a steep hillside, giving magnificent views over Loch Broom through full-height windows.
The house was constructed to Passive House standard with underfloor heating powered by an air-source heat pump.
